Description
This 45-minute course, designed for employees and managers, explains the behaviors that are expected of individuals to create a workplace that is free of bribery and corruption. The training also defines bribery, explains applicable laws and regulations, including United States laws, with an emphasis on the FCPA and UK Bribery Act, and covers concepts such as "anything of value", dealing with "public officials " and "facilitation payments". The training includes several examples of questionable and illegal business practices so the learner will be able to recognize and avoid these situations, and respond appropriately should they encounter them.

• Define bribery and identify unfair advantages
• Understand what laws and regulations globally mandate bribery and corruption in the workplace
• Define what is a public official and who is considered one
• Identify what anything of value is and understand what is and is not acceptable
